Regarding our intermittent product shortages and stockouts, please note as follows.
Since August 2021 our overseas production plants have been impacted by COVID-19 infection preventive measures, and as a result since October dealers have experienced stockouts for some products and intermittent shortages have occurred.
From November infection prevention measures regulations in these production areas have been relaxed, production at related factories is returning to normal, and we are working to increase production in order to eliminate shortages. In the future it is expected that shortages will be alleviated and a stable supply will be secured.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
