Tombow Pencil Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) shall endeavor to handle appropriately and protect its customers’ personally identifiable information (such as name, e-mail address, address, date of birth, and telephone number; hereinafter referred to as personal information).

When acquiring its customers’ personal information, the Company shall inform them of the purpose of its use and handle it exclusively for the specified purpose of use.

In such cases, the Company shall respond to the request after confirming the identity of the data provider.

Change of personal information
The Company shall endeavor to handle customers’ personal information appropriately and review and improve this policy as appropriate. Accordingly, this policy may be changed without prior notice to customers.
